Coming to Eora Nation (Syd) in 2025 for a debut season! We are ready to make a big splash of loud positive noise with you and couldn’t be more excited! We know Eora Nation is ready to unleash their alternative star-power and we are so excited to see both new and familiar faces in the competition!
Performers from all across the underground performance worlds of Drag, Burlesque, Sideshow, Comedy, Music, Performance Art, Dance entertainers (and more) will battle it out to earn the title of Champion and walk away with a juicy grand prize of $4,500 cash and over $3,000 worth of sponsorship prizes.
Taking place throughout February in the heart of Oxford Street at Oxford Art Factory, each night will be hosted and judged by local legends of Eora Nation's fringe entertainment world.

Space Horse is an Eora Nation based drag queen, known for turning iconic looks and bringing drag innovation to stages around town. Fresh off their crowning of 'Diva Rising Star' at The Diva Awards last year, Spacey is a formidable and inspirational queen on the scene - championing women in drag.
DEMON DERRIERE - HEAD JUDGE
Meet Demon Derriere, the sensational force behind the empowering movement of body acceptance, neo-burlesque wizardry, and the visionary creator of the scintillating spectacle, Big Thick Energy - nominated for 'Best Arts Program' at the FBi SMAC awards in 2022. Demon, a formidable activist and powerhouse, is on a mission to redefine societal norms on ableism, dismantle fatphobia, and liberate all bodies from oppressive stereotypes. As a POC, Hard-of-Hearing, and a proud member of the queer community, she embodies resilience and authenticity.
PORCELAIN ALICE - GUEST JUDGE HEAT ONE
Porcelain Alice is a full time showgirl and creative. A past Miss Burlesque NSW, Alice has stripped interstate and internationally for the past 10 years. Dubbed 'the sideshow supermodel’ she adds a little danger to her tease, dripping in jewels while eating fire or swallowing swords. In addition to producing monthly cabaret events including The Royal Heart Revue, she was co-creator of the sold out Undressing Hollywood (Sydney Festival) a queer reimagining of the life and works of Orry Kelly. Most recently she spent 10 weeks touring the USA and Europe.
KARLEE MISI - GUEST JUDGE HEAT TWO
It’s your favourite Polynesian Burlesque Ballroom Princess Karlee Misi! Karlee Misi (she/her) is a proud Queer and Iconic Polynesian performer. Heralding from a trained musical theatre background, Karlee loves merging her passions for Vogue and Burlesque onstage, giving her a truly unique style. She’s traveled the world wowing audiences in shows including The Empire Strips Back, Yummy the show, and Smashed the nightcap. In 2023 she was chosen to compete at the biggest Burlesque competition in the world, The Burlesque Hall of Fame in Vegas. She was crowned Miss Burlesque NSW 2022. Her onstage power, preciseness, and big bimbo energy will leave you seeing sparkles and feeling good even if you didn’t want to!
OLLY SPIRIT - PRODUCER JUDGE GRAND FINAL
From stages across Australia, New Zealand, England and Japan, Olly Spirit lives life as a professional twat and is completely unapologetic about it. Co-Founder and producer of alt., Olly has been part of the Australian drag limelight for the past 15 years and now he's focused creating platforms and opportunities to uplift and showcase emerging queer artists around the country.
